Return & Refund policy
You cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
You can contact us at ellina.contact@gmail.com and request the cancellation of your order, also providing your order number (#XXXX) and the reason for cancellation. If your order can be cancelled, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If your order has never arrived and you have not requested a tracked shipment, the store is not responsible for losses or damages during shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to choose the safest shipping for their package, since there are notices throughout the store regarding the cheapest( but without tracking number) shipments, it is your responsibility to choose the type of shipment you want. if you didn't asked for a tracking number, I can't refund your order.
- Once the package is shipped:
You have 4 months once the package is shipped to ask for a refund.
If the package gets lost and you asked for a tracked shipping, I can make a refund or resend the item, but I will need the shipping fee (with tracking) again.
- Exceptions:
If your order has already been shipped there will be no refund.
- Exchanges (before I ship the item)
Send me your order number (#XXXX) and I'll refund your order, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
- Defective product:
If your product arrived defective you have 15 days (starting from the day you’ve received the package) to request a refund/reshipment of the product.
After 15 days, you will only be eligible for a partial refund of the product, the total refund will depend on how defective the product is, you have 2 months to request the partial refund.
- Refunds:
We will notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
